One subscription, several businesses, real separation.
Branches, sister companies or separate trading entities share staff and one subscription. Everything else belongs to the business it came from. Module by module, you decide whether data is shared or kept separate. Each workspace gets its own logo, colours, legal identity, currency, tax registration and document numbering.

Staff and the subscription are shared. Everything else belongs to the business it came from. Being an admin decides how much of a business you can see, never which businesses: an admin of Business A does not become an admin of Business B. A consolidated all-workspaces view is a separate grant, off by default for everyone including the owner, and it refuses to show a total it cannot fully see.
Different brands. One login.
Each workspace has its own logo, colour theme and icon, applied live across the app, plus its own legal identity, default currency and tax registration. Outbound email can go from a different sending identity for each business. Quotations, orders, invoices and credit notes take their number from the business that owns them, with the prefix, padding and reset period you choose.
Clients in one. Schools in another.
Rename "Clients" to "Schools" or "Deals" to "Projects" for one business without touching the others. Custom fields are per workspace too, with a copy-to-another-workspace action.
