A note from us.

We ran a B2B sales operation for years. We bought HubSpot. Then Salesforce. Every one of them was a system of record that only worked if the reps fed it — and reps in the field, on a phone, between meetings, never do. By Friday the pipeline was fiction and we were coaching off stale data.

The fix wasn't a prettier form. It was a CRM that does the work itself. A rep speaks a 15-second voice note; it becomes a logged activity in 100+ languages, the lead gets rescored, and the follow-up is drafted. Idle deals get nudged on WhatsApp before they go cold. So we built BoldReach instead.
