Quote it, order it,
get paid for it.

Billing covers quoting, ordering and getting paid, in three parts: sales orders, invoices and payments. They sit on the same record as the customer and the deal, so the order becomes the invoice and the payment lands against it.

Three parts,
one record.

Sales orders

A live credit check while you build the order, with the customer's tier discount applied. Approval routing, send for signature on a secure link, revision history, recurring and blanket orders, and one click to turn the order into an invoice.

Invoices

An A/R worklist with aging bands, tax worked out by your regime's engine, a payment link on every invoice, and a chasing ladder of five reminder stages in your own wording. Credit notes, disputes, recurring invoices and late fees.

Payments

Record a payment by cash, bank transfer, cheque, card or UPI. Import a bank statement and work a reconciliation queue with ranked suggestions. Stripe and Razorpay end to end, and a cash-flow forecast from your own payment history.

Across all three.

Signatures,
built in.

Send an order as a PDF with a time-limited single-signer link. The customer signs with a typed name, and the IP, user agent and timestamp are captured. No third-party e-signature account needed.

A portal for
your customers.

Your customers see their invoices by status, pay, download any invoice and generate their own statement, signing in by magic link.

Tax by
your regime.

India GST, EU VAT, US sales tax, Singapore GST, UAE VAT or a flat rate. India e-invoicing (IRN) runs on your own GSP credentials, and statutory returns cover GSTR-1 and GSTR-2, EU VAT, UK MTD VAT, Australian BAS and US 1099-NEC.

Exports for
your accountant.

Accounting exports in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero or CSV format, and every export is audited. These are export files, not a live connection.

What it does not do yet.

There are no bank feeds: you import a bank statement instead. Milestone and instalment billing is not built. Stripe and Razorpay are the only payment gateways. Withholding tax is not recorded, so Form 26AS reconciliation shows every entry as unmatched. EU e-invoices are generated as a file, not filed for you. Invoices have no approval workflow; approvals run on sales orders.
