A booking page that
files itself into the CRM.

Every person gets a public booking page with a shareable link. Customers pick a real free slot, both sides get a confirmation, and the booking attaches to the right contact and logs a meeting.

How a booking
gets made.

A personal
booking page.

A public booking page per user, with a shareable link and a handle you can edit.

Slots from
a real calendar.

Weekly availability minus blocked periods, existing bookings and their buffers, in the host's timezone and within a daily cap.

No double
bookings.

Double-booking protection runs at the moment of booking, so two people racing for one slot get a clear answer.

Meeting
types.

Each with its own duration, location, color, buffers and daily maximum.

Confirmations
to both sides.

Sent from your own sender, in the host's language and timezone.

Filed in
the CRM.

A booking from a known email attaches to that contact and account and logs a meeting. The public form has spam protection, and guests can reschedule themselves by a secure link.

What it does not do yet.

Bookings are off by default and switched on per account. They do not sync to Google Calendar or Outlook and send no .ics invite, and there is no way to block out a holiday from the app.

Team: one price for the whole team.

Bookings are part of the Team module, with attendance, expenses and incentives.

Let customers book the meeting.

Every module is switched on during the trial, so you can share a booking link and see a booking land on the contact.
