Staff join with one code. No password to invent.
Your manager sends one 8-digit code. The emailed button, the emailed QR code and the typed digits all carry the same code. Codes are single-use, expire in 24 hours, and lock out after five wrong tries.

Why it matters
Nobody has to invent a password on the first day.
A new rep or technician does not create an account and pick a password. The manager sends a code, the person types it or scans it, and the app is ready. The app wears your logo, colour and currency from the first screen.
Control
You see every phone. You can take one back.
Each person can pair up to two phones. A new phone gets an emailed 6-digit code before it can sign in. Managers see every paired phone and can revoke one, and mobile access can be switched off for the whole account or for one person.
